A new digital analytics platform. I conducted user research to identify the pain points of the UX flow to increment the subscription on the platform and its usage. Part of this analysis was to find out more about the customers’ expectations.

I conducted user research and design for a repository software to identify pain points of the the UX flow. Part of this analysis was to find out more about the impact of the analytics tolls on customers’ expectations. The results were design artifacts that showcased an improved user experience through a new analytical product.

The solution

Once we had learned enough about the context of people that use BOOM imagestudio software, their goals, and behavior, the findings were visualized. Both qualitative (user tests, interviews) and quantitative (surveys, data analysis) research were taken into account. We aimed for incrase the engagement on the platform, reducing the time/clicks that it takes for a user to finish the process, creating as few distractions as possible along the way while also keeping users’ individual needs in mind.
